Our policy lasts 33 days. If 33 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; with tags attached.
When returning a purchase, we offer store credit or an exchange for a different size or color.
When making a return you are responsible for shipping items back to us. Include the items you wish to return and the return/exchange form you received in your original package.
After you ship your return package, we encourage you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to notify us that you are sending something back.
If for some reason your purchase arrives damaged, we will replace it or give you store credit. Ship it back within 33 days, and the damaged items will be reviewed. For expedited service we encourage you to email us at email@example.com, with pictures of the damaged item as soon as it arrives. Sending back a damaged item does not automatically ensure store credit or a replacement, Kalibri Boutique has the right to inspect and review the case.
